Mission Statement 

The East End Baptist Church Federal Credit Union purpose is to increase financial access, financial literacy and stability for its members with a focus on low-income residents; to promote community development through increased circulation of funds.

Membership

  • Membership in the EEBT Federal Credit Union shall be open to all persons and members of their immediate family or household who regularly worship at the East End Baptist Tabernacle Church and supports its purpose and abides by the bylaws. 


How do I become a member of the EEBT Federal Credit Union? 

  • Just fill out an application and pay a one time membership fee of .50 cents with a minimum deposit of $5.00. 


Is there a limit to the amount I may deposit in the Credit Union? 

  • Yes, $100,000 


How are my savings insured? 

  • Share deposits accounts in Federal Credit Unions are insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund. Member share accounts are insured up to $250,000. 


Can I borrow money?

  • Yes, upon Credit Committee approval.


How do I apply for a loan?

  • Application for loan and the loan policy are available after the 7:45am and 11am worship service on Sundays.
